Puca’s Eye would fit best in a five‑color (“5‑color goodstuff” or domain) Commander deck that reliably controls permanents of all five colors, since its activated draw ability only turns on once you meet that condition; the ETB cantrip makes it low risk, and choosing a color can help turn on color‑matters cards (like devotion, Sunburst, or domain synergies), but overall it’s slow and inefficient.
