Arcum's Weathervane, Artifact, designed by Tom Wänerstrand first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.72.
This card would be beneficial in a snow-themed deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it allows for manipulation of snow and nonsnow lands. However, there are better cards like Into the North or Mycosynth Lattice which offer more versatile effects. Arcum's Weathervane could see play in specific snow-focused strategies, but may not be a top choice in most competitive decks due to its limited utility compared to other options.
