This card, Sibilant Spirit, could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on card advantage and disrupting the opponent's strategy. While it provides evasion with flying, the ability for the defending player to draw a card upon its attack could be a drawback. A better alternative could be a similar card that offers a more impactful ability upon attacking, such as a creature that triggers a powerful effect or hinders the opponent's board state.
