Cateran Summons, Sorcery, designed by Alan Pollack first released in Oct, 1999 in the set Mercadian Masques. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 1481.01.
This card would be beneficial in a Mercenary tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it allows you to search for specific Mercenary cards to strengthen your board presence. However, there are better cards like Diabolic Tutor that can search for any card in your deck, providing more versatility. Cateran Summons could see play in a casual Mercenary-themed deck, but in competitive settings, other cards may be more efficient.

Because the “search” requires you to find a card with certain characteristics, you don’t have to find the card if you don’t want to.
