This card, Swell of Courage, would benefit a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on swarming the board with small creatures and then buffing them for a final push. While Swell of Courage can provide a significant boost to your creatures, there are potentially better options available such as Honor of the Pure or Always Watching which provide a static bonus rather than a temporary one. Swell of Courage could see play in certain situations where a temporary boost is needed for a final push or to surprise your opponent, but overall it may not be a staple in competitive decks due to its mana cost and temporary effect.
