This card, Reap the Past, would benefit decks that rely heavily on graveyard interaction, such as decks focused on self-mill strategies or decks with powerful cards that can be easily recurred from the graveyard. While Reap the Past can be useful in certain situations, there are potentially better options available, such as Regrowth or Eternal Witness, which provide more targeted graveyard recursion without the randomness of Reap the Past.
