Elvish Impersonators, Creature — elves, designed by Claymore J. Flapdoodle first released in Aug, 1998 in the set Unglued and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.29.
The Elvish Impersonators card could be useful in an Elf tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a potentially efficient creature with variable power and toughness. However, the randomness of its abilities may not fit well with the strategic consistency that Elf tribal decks typically aim for, making it a less optimal choice compared to more reliable Elf creatures like Elvish Archdruid or Elvish Mystic which provide useful tribal synergy and mana ramp. Ultimately, Elvish Impersonators might not see much play in competitive Elf decks due to its unpredictability and the availability of better Elf cards.

The two die rolls are separate and sequential. If you want to reroll the first die, you must do so before you roll the second die.
