Mental Agony, Sorcery, designed by Greg Staples first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.61.
This card, Mental Agony, would be most beneficial in a black control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and life total. While it can be effective in slowing down the opponent's game plan, there are potentially better options such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek which offer more flexibility and immediate impact. Mental Agony may not see as much play in competitive decks due to its higher mana cost and limited effect compared to other discard spells available in Magic: the Gathering.
