Earth Surge, Enchantment, designed by Luca Zontini first released in Feb, 2006 in the set Guildpact. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 48.73.
This card, Earth Surge, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on turning lands into creatures, such as a green ramp or landfall deck. However, there are better options available like Nissa, Who Shakes the World, which not only buffs lands but also provides additional benefits. While Earth Surge could be a fun addition to a casual deck, it may not be competitive enough for more serious play due to its limited impact compared to other options.

Earth Surge gives the bonus to each permanent that has both the “land” and “creature” types. It doesn’t turn lands into creatures.
