Glister Bairn would fit best in a Simic (green-blue) or multicolor “domain”/five-color deck that can reliably control permanents of many different colors, since its Vivid ability scales with the number of colors among permanents you control and can potentially grant a very large +X/+X boost each combat; it especially favors go-wide or board-centric strategies that can protect a key attacker and consistently maintain color diversity through multicolored creatures, enchantments, and artifacts.
