Rapid Rescue would fit best in green-based graveyard value decks that actively want cards in the graveyard—such as self-mill, delirium, recursion, or reanimator strategies—because it effectively filters your top two cards while potentially drawing a permanent and gaining a small life buffer; however, milling only two and only returning permanents (not instants/sorceries) makes it relatively low impact compared to stronger options like **Grisly Salvage**, **Commune with the Gods**, **Satyr Wayfinder**, **Mulch**, or even **Traverse the Ulvenwald**, all of which dig deeper, provide better selection, or offer stronger synergy for similar or better rates. In competitive formats this card would likely be too underpowered unless the environment heavily rewards small self-mill triggers or life gain, but it could be playable in slower Standard environments, budget builds, or Commander decks that care about incremental graveyard value.
