About Reckless Brute

Reckless Brute, Creature — ogre warrior, designed by Johann Bodin first released in Jul, 2012 in the set Magic 2013. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.52.

Reckless Brute would be a great fit in an aggressive red deck looking to apply early pressure on the opponent. Its low mana cost and Haste ability make it a strong choice for decks focused on quick attacks and overwhelming the opponent. However, there are better options available, such as Goblin Guide, which offers a similar aggressive strategy but with added card advantage. Ultimately, Reckless Brute can be a solid inclusion in the right deck, but there are more powerful alternatives that may be preferred in competitive play.

Reckless Brute attacks only if it’s able to do so as the declare attackers step begins. If, at that time, it’s tapped, it’s affected by a spell or ability that says it can’t attack, then it doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having it attack, you’re not forced to pay that cost, so it doesn’t attack in that case either.
