This card, Seedtime, would benefit a green aggro deck that aims to win quickly and disrupt opponents' game plans. While Seedtime can provide an extra turn if an opponent casts a blue spell, its situational nature may limit its effectiveness compared to more consistent cards like Time Walk or Nexus of Fate. However, in a meta with many blue spells being cast, Seedtime could be a surprise inclusion to catch opponents off guard and steal a victory.
