Soltari Lancer, Creature — soltari knight, designed by Matthew D. Wilson first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 20.94.
A deck focused on aggressive strategies and combat tricks would benefit from including Soltari Lancer, especially in a white-based aggro or tempo deck. Its combination of shadow and first strike makes it difficult for opponents to block effectively, allowing it to deal damage efficiently. While there may be other cards with similar abilities, Soltari Lancer's unique combination of evasion and combat prowess makes it a strong contender for inclusion in decks looking to apply early pressure and maintain board control.

If an attacking creature has multiple evasion abilities, such as shadow and flying, a creature can block it only if that creature satisfies all of the appropriate evasion abilities.

For a time, the ability that granted it first strike was a triggered ability. It has been restored to a static ability that applies continuously while the Lancer is attacking. There is never a time when the Lancer is attacking but doesn’t have first strike.
