About Terminus

A control deck that aims to stall the game and control the board would benefit from using Terminus, as it provides a powerful board wipe effect at a relatively low cost. While Terminus is a strong option for control decks, some may prefer other board wipe cards like Wrath of God or Supreme Verdict, depending on the specific needs of the deck. Overall, Terminus is a solid card that can see play in the right deck archetype.

Miracle is an alternative cost to cast the spell with miracle. It can’t be combined with other alternative costs, such as casting a spell “without paying its mana cost.”

You can cast a card for its miracle cost only as the miracle triggered ability resolves. If you don’t want to cast it at that time (or you can’t cast it, perhaps because there are no legal targets available), you won’t be able to cast it later for the miracle cost.
