Thought Collapse, Instant, designed by Sara Winters first released in Jan, 2019 in the set Ravnica Allegiance and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 21.52.

A control deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from using Thought Collapse, as it provides both spell disruption and mill potential. However, there are better cards like Counterspell or Mana Leak that offer more efficient spell counter abilities without the drawback of milling the opponent. Thought Collapse could see play in decks looking to capitalize on milling strategies, but in most cases, more traditional counterspells would be preferred for their reliability and efficiency.
