Thought Lash, Enchantment, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Jun, 1996 in the set Alliances and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 811.76. It's a key card in 3 combos.
Thought Lash would benefit a control deck looking to stall the game and prevent damage, especially against aggressive strategies. However, there are better options available such as cards like Necropotence or Phyrexian Arena which provide card advantage without the risk of losing your entire library. Thought Lash may not see much play in competitive settings due to its high risk and potential downside.
