A control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and graveyard would benefit from using Thought Rattle. However, there are better options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek for hand disruption and Glimpse the Unthinkable for graveyard filling, making Thought Rattle less optimal for competitive play.
