About Windreaver

Windreaver, Creature — elemental, designed by Aleksi Briclot first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 29.97.

Windreaver would be best suited for a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, where its ability to switch power and toughness, return to hand, and gain vigilance can provide versatility and protection. However, there are likely better options for similar effects, such as Aetherling, which offers more flexibility and resilience. Windreaver may not see much play in competitive decks due to its high cost and vulnerability to removal, but could still be a fun and interesting choice for casual play.

Effects that switch a creature’s power and toughness apply after all other effects, regardless of when those effects began to apply. For instance, if you target a 1/2 creature then give it +2/+0 later in the turn, it’s a 2/3 creature, not a 4/1 creature.
