On February 18, Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty will introduce two new Commander decks: Power Up with Kotori, Pilot Prodigy and Unleashed Upgrades with Chishiro, the Shattered Blade
The two new commander decks include 15 new cards each. Buckle Up focuses on building unstoppable engines with vehicles and artifacts, while Upgrades Unleashed is all about Modify -- buffing your creatures with equipment and +1/+1 counters.
