Magic: The Gathering's headdesigner Mark Rosewater has shared some previews of the mechanics, abilities, creature types, and names players will encounter in the card game's upcoming expansion, Edge of Eternities, set to release on August 1.

Edge of Eternities is the fourth mainline set of the year for Magic: The Gathering and the last set in 2025 themed within the card game's own universe. Official previews begin on July 8, with the Prerelease taking place between July 25 and 30 and the official launch on August 1.
