Boggart Mischief would fit best in a Rakdos (black-red) Goblin aristocrats deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value, triggering death effects, and draining opponents over time, since it both creates Goblin tokens and rewards you whenever your Goblins die; it synergizes especially well with sacrifice outlets like Goblin Bombardment, Ashnod’s Altar, or Viscera Seer and token-makers such as Krenko, Mob Boss. However, it is likely too slow and low-impact for competitive formats, as stronger alternatives exist: Boggart Shenanigans offers a similar death-trigger drain effect without setup, Bastion of Remembrance provides immediate board presence and a global death trigger for all your creatures, and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker or Bitterblossom generate more consistent value over time; additionally, the “blight 1” cost can be a downside unless you actively want -1/-1 counter synergies.
