Mnemonic Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Randy Gallegos first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.30.
Mnemonic Sliver would be particularly beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck, where maximizing the synergy among Slivers is crucial. Its ability to allow all Slivers to draw cards can help maintain card advantage and sustain pressure on opponents. However, there are arguably better options for card draw in Sliver decks, such as Guardian Sliver, which provides a more aggressive strategy while still enhancing the overall Sliver synergy. While Mnemonic Sliver can see play for its unique draw ability, it may not be the optimal choice compared to other Slivers that contribute to a more aggressive or synergistic game plan.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
