(Create at least eight; should be sufficiently large that opponents cannot pay to prevent this). Activate Clock of Omens, tapping two treasures to untap Folio of Fancies. Activate Folio of Fancies' first ability, sacrificing six treasures (leaving one treasure unspent). Each player draws 3 cards; Smothering Tithe generates 9 Treasure tokens. Repeat the loop many times, generating one untapped Treasure token with each loop (more with additional initial 2 mana). When opponents' hand size is large, activate Folio of Fancies' second ability to mill them (pay ​ with treasures). Every 5 additional treasures allows you to untap Folio with Clock of Omens, then mill again. 4 additional treasures allows you to untap Folio with Clock of Omen, then activate its first ability to draw 1.
