Inalla needs to be your commander for this combo to work.

Dour Port-Mage needs to be on the battlefield and able to activate its ability.

1) Play Timestream Navigator. 2) Pay one mana to activate Inalla's ability, creating a copy of Timestream Navigator with Haste. 3) Activate the ability of the copy of Timestream Navigator to take an extra turn. 4) Activate Dour Port-Mage's ability to return Timestream Navigator to your hand. 1) Repeat the process starting from step 1 for infinite turns.
