1-Activate Clock of Omens, untapping Macar, turning Macar and Lattice.
2-In response, activate Karn's ability sacrificing a gold token, if you have one, turning any nonland permanent into a creature.
3-Choose the permanent Karn turned into a creature with Macar's ability
Repeat steps 1-3, except when you activate Clock for King Macar, tap the created token instead of using it.
If you exile a permanent that was already a creature as part of this process, keep the gold token.
After all nonland permanents are exiled, you can now use gold tokens to add mana to destroy lands through Karn's ability.
