With Panharmonicon, a land tha enters untapped and any of the creatures in play, cast the other creature. (For this example, I'll use Restoration Angel in hand and Felidar Guardian in play)
Restoration Angel's ability will trigger twice, target Felidar Guardian.
Felidar Guardian will come into play and his ability will trigger twice, target Restoration Angel and the land and respond by tapping the land to add mana.
Repeat the process for infinite mana.
