You cannot have basic lands in your deck for this combo to work. Activate Hermit Druid's ability. Hermit Druid will reveal cards from your deck until you reveal a basic land and put all revealed cards into your graveyard. Since your deck doesn't have basic lands, you'll throw the entire deck to the graveyard. Cast Eerie Ultimatum to put any number of permanents from your graveyard into play.
