Activate Chrome Dome again for 5 mana (including the mana generated by Urza), creating another copy of Simulacrum Synthesizer. This triggers the nontoken Synthesizer and the first token, creating 2 Constructs. Tap all artifacts with Urza to generate 3 mana. 3. Activate Chrome Dome again for 5 mana (including the mana generated by Urza), creating another copy of Simulacrum Synthesizer. This triggers the nontoken Synthesizer and the two token copies, creating 3 Constructs. Tap all artifacts with Urza to generate 4 mana. 4. From this point on, any further activation of Chrome Dome copying the Synthesizer will generate positive mana, which means you can loop it infinitely. With infinite mana, you can then use Chrome Dome to copy the Constructs you created. Since the copies have haste, you can attack with infinite Constructs with infinite power, as you can create infinite artifacts using Chrome Dome.
