This card, Artificial Evolution, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on tribal synergies, such as Merfolk, Elves, or Goblins, as it can disrupt an opponent's strategy by changing creature types to something less advantageous for them. However, in terms of versatility and impact, cards like Crib Swap or Imagecrafter may be better options as they offer more flexibility and immediate impact on the board.
