About Brainwash

Brainwash, Enchantment — aura, designed by Pete Venters first released in Aug, 1994 in the set The Dark and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 1.54.

A control deck that aims to slow down aggressive strategies would benefit from including Brainwash in their deck. While Brainwash can be effective at stalling opponents by making their creatures unable to attack without paying extra mana, there are better options available such as Pacifism or Arrest, which permanently disable creatures from attacking or using abilities. Brainwash may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats due to its limited impact compared to other enchantments with similar effects.
