A control deck in a blue-based strategy would benefit from including Downsize in their deck as a way to neutralize threats by reducing their power. While Downsize can be effective in certain situations, there are potentially better options such as Vapor Snag or Unsummon which provide more versatile removal options. Downsize could see play in specific metagames where reducing power is crucial, but it may not be a staple in most deck lists.
