While it offers a steady stream of flying Spirit tokens, there are more efficient options like Anointed Procession for token generation or Grave Pact for creature sacrifice synergies. Field of Souls could see play in casual or themed decks for its unique effect, but in more competitive settings, there are stronger alternatives available.
