About Incite
Incite, Instant, designed by Scott Chou first released in Jul, 2010 in the set Magic 2011. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 5.66.
This card, Incite, would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck that aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent. It can be particularly effective in decks that focus on attacking with multiple creatures each turn. While Incite has its uses, there are other cards like Brute Force or Temur Battle Rage that offer similar effects with added benefits, so it may not be a top choice for competitive play but could still find a place in certain casual or themed decks.

If, during its controller’s declare attackers step, a creature affected by Incite is tapped, is affected by a spell or ability that says it can’t attack, or is affected by “summoning sickness,” then that creature doesn’t attack. If there’s a cost associated with having that creature attack, its controller isn’t forced to pay that cost, so the creature doesn’t have to attack in that case either.

Incite overwrites all of the targeted creature’s old colors, leaving it just red. It doesn’t matter what colors it used to be (even if, for example, it used to be red and green).
