About Temporal Extortion
Temporal Extortion, Sorcery, designed by Steven Belledin first released in Feb, 2007 in the set Planar Chaos and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 406.71.
A deck that focuses on controlling the game and stalling for time would benefit from using Temporal Extortion, as it provides an extra turn to further establish board presence or set up a game-winning play. However, there are better extra turn cards in Magic: the Gathering, such as Time Warp or Nexus of Fate, which offer the extra turn without the risk of being countered by paying life. Overall, Temporal Extortion could see play in specific strategies that can capitalize on the extra turn effect while mitigating the potential downside of its counterability.
