This card, Temporal Isolation, would be beneficial in a White-based control deck looking to stall the opponent's aggressive creatures. While it provides a temporary solution by preventing damage and limiting blocking options, there are arguably better options like Journey to Nowhere or Oblivion Ring that offer more versatile removal. However, in a meta with a lot of shadow creatures, Temporal Isolation could see play as a sideboard tech card to counter specific threats.
