A deck focused on tribal Vampire synergy would greatly benefit from including Thirsting Bloodlord, as it provides a powerful boost to other Vampires in play. However, there are potentially better options available such as Captivating Vampire, which not only boosts other Vampires but also has the ability to take control of opponent's creatures. Thirsting Bloodlord could still see play in a Vampire tribal deck as a solid support card, especially if the deck aims to overwhelm opponents with a swarm of buffed-up Vampires.
