**Training Regimen** fits best in a +1/+1 counter–focused green deck—such as Selesnya Counters, Simic Adapt/Proliferate, or any go‑wide creature strategy that steadily builds large threats—because it passively grows a creature every combat and turns your countered creatures into tramplers, helping push damage through blockers. It’s strongest in casual or Commander environments where board development over multiple turns is realistic, especially alongside cards like *Hardened Scales*, *Branching Evolution*, or proliferate effects. However, there are generally stronger options: *Hardened Scales* and *Branching Evolution* scale counters more explosively, *The Ozolith* preserves counters, and creatures like *Champion of Lambholt* or enchantments like *Unnatural Growth* often close games faster.
