Typhoon, Sorcery, designed by Anson Maddocks first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 458.68.
This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling the number of Islands your opponents have, such as a deck that includes land destruction or land manipulation cards. However, there are better options like Cyclone, which deals damage to each opponent based on the number of Islands you control, giving you more control over the damage output.
