About Necromancy

Necromancy, Enchantment, designed by Pete Venters first released in May, 2020 in the set Visions and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 81.55. It's a key card in 14 combos.

This card, Necromancy, would be beneficial in a reanimator deck that focuses on bringing creatures back from the graveyard to the battlefield quickly and efficiently. While Necromancy offers versatility with its flash ability and the option to attach to a creature from the graveyard, there are stronger reanimation cards like Reanimate or Animate Dead that are more cost-effective and have fewer restrictions, making them better choices for competitive play. However, Necromancy could still see play in casual or themed decks looking to add a unique twist to their reanimation strategy.

The sacrifice occurs only if you cast it using its own ability. If you cast it using some other effect (for instance, if it gained flash from Vedalken Orrery), then it won’t be sacrificed.

Necromancy enters the battlefield as an enchantment and then becomes an Enchant Creature Aura as a triggered ability upon entering the battlefield. It follows all the rules for Auras from then on.

The bringing of the creature onto the battlefield and then putting Necromancy on it is all done as part of the resolution.
