This card, Noggin Whack, would be beneficial in a Rogue tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it synergizes well with the theme of Rogues and provides hand disruption. However, there are more efficient hand disruption cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that are commonly played in competitive formats, making Noggin Whack less likely to see play in those environments.
