Planar Void, Enchantment, designed by Andrew Goldhawk first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 82.24.
A deck focused on graveyard hate or disruption, such as a Black control deck or a deck looking to shut down graveyard-based strategies, would benefit from including Planar Void. While Planar Void is a solid option for its cost, other cards like Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace may offer more powerful and versatile graveyard hate effects, making them potentially better choices depending on the specific needs of the deck. Ultimately, Planar Void could see play in certain sideboards or budget decks where more expensive options are not available.

It will not trigger on itself going to the graveyard, or on any other cards going to the graveyard at the same time. This means that neither itself nor other cards put into the graveyard at the same time as it will get exiled.
10/04/04
If spell is used to destroy Planar Void, it goes to the graveyard, then the spell goes to the graveyard. The spell is not exiled, as Planar Void was not on the battlefield when it was put into the graveyard.
