Sindbad, Creature — human, designed by Julie Baroh first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 2.19.
A deck that focuses on card draw and filtering would benefit from including Sindbad in its strategy, particularly in a blue-based control or combo deck. However, there are better options available for card draw in Magic: the Gathering, such as Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Brainstorm, which offer more consistent and powerful effects. Sindbad may struggle to see play in competitive formats due to its reliance on chance and limited impact compared to other available options.

If the draw is replaced by another effect, none of the rest of Sindbad’s ability applies, even if the draw is replaced by another draw (such as with Enduring Renewal).
