Skeletal Snake, Creature — snake skeleton, designed by John Matson first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.79.
The Skeletal Snake card could be beneficial in a black-based control deck that focuses on graveyard manipulation and creature removal. While its low cost and deathtouch ability make it a decent defensive option, there are better cards like Gravecrawler or Nighthowler that offer more versatility and power in similar strategies. Skeletal Snake could see play in more budget-conscious decks or as a sideboard option against aggressive creature decks.
