This Steel Overseer card would be a great addition to an artifact-heavy deck, especially one focused on boosting the power and toughness of multiple artifact creatures. It can quickly grow your board presence and make your creatures more threatening. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Steel Overseer's ability to distribute +1/+1 counters to all artifact creatures you control can be quite powerful in the right deck and is definitely worth considering for play.
