Watchful Naga would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on card advantage and tempo, such as a midrange or control deck. Its ability to draw a card when exerted can help maintain card advantage while applying pressure on the opponent. However, there are potentially better cards for similar effects, such as Tireless Tracker, which not only draws cards but also provides additional value with its ability to create Clue tokens.
