About Hatching Plans

This card, Hatching Plans, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on drawing cards and out-valuing the opponent. While it does provide card advantage when it goes to the graveyard, there are better options available such as Mystic Remora or Rhystic Study which offer immediate card draw upon specific triggers, making them more efficient choices for card advantage in a deck.
