Sindbad, Creature — human, designed by Julie Baroh first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.41.
A deck that focuses on drawing cards and filtering through its library, such as a control or combo deck, would benefit from including Sindbad in its strategy. While Sindbad's ability to draw and filter cards can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as cards like Merfolk Looter or Jace, the Mind Sculptor, which provide more consistent and powerful card advantage. Sindbad may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited utility compared to other options available.

If the draw is replaced by another effect, none of the rest of Sindbad’s ability applies, even if the draw is replaced by another draw (such as with Enduring Renewal).
