In opponent's turn, in his upkeep, cast mistbind clique, copy with inalla, and uses the copy to champion the original (tap all oponent's land).
At his end turn, exiles the copy and bring back Mistbind original, copy it, and to next turn. With there's another opponent's turn, sac with ashnod's altar and repeat the process.
These actions are all abilities, so There's no basic counters to stop the mechanics.
