Wei Assassins would fit well in a black control or midrange deck that focuses on removing key threats from the opponent's board, particularly in formats where creature-based strategies are prevalent. While it offers a targeted removal option, there are arguably better alternatives like Murder or Assassin's Trophy, which provide more flexibility or can deal with non-creature permanents.
